After a decade in California’s vibrant food scene, Dune now brings his passion for inventive pastry and refined flavors to Asheville.

The croissant dough is the base recipe of all our filled croissant. So our Plain Croissant is the gold standard. Indulge in the allure of a fresh croissant: golden layers of buttery, flaky perfection, a heavenly aroma, and a delicate crisp exterior that gives way to a soft, airy interior.
